"EXCELENT SERVICE" THE MANAGEMENT AND MECHANICS ALL WERE VERY HELPFULL IN DIAGNOSING AND FIXING MY TRANSMISSION!!!

Andrew said he liked the business because they did everything he asked them to do and they did it in a timely manner. They were really easy to work with and their price was good.

"Happy to go back there again for service." I came in with a leaky transmission on my 79 suburban. They assessed where it was leaking (multiple spots) and gave me a price quote same day. They also quoted me to reattach my speedometer cable and adjust my transmission pull cable. I agreed to the services and once they got in there they were able to make the necessary adjustments for slightly less than what was quoted. What impressed me most was their diligence and continued line of communication and them standing by their work. (I had an overflow issue due to my dipstick not being correct. They got the correct part for me and readjusted the fluid level). What I found most lacking was a slight inconsistency in when they said they would have it done. Overall I would be happy to go back there again to have my vehicle serviced.

"Fixed it Right" I was a bit shocked at the repair price, but it was worth it with a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty.

Monika said she was not expecting her vehicle to be kept for 4 days. The business provided great service.

Ole said the employees did a good job on his vehicle. The employees did everything the vehicle needed done, and had a trustworthy approach.

John said he was told his transmission might go out, and he doesn't understand how they can predict that just by looking at the fluids. He will not recommend this business for service because he can take his vehicle to another competitive facility and they can do the repairs cheaper compared to what he got charged, He also will not recommend them for reasons already stated.
