Ole said the employees did a good job on his vehicle. The employees did everything the vehicle needed done, and had a trustworthy approach.

John said he was told his transmission might go out, and he doesn't understand how they can predict that just by looking at the fluids. He will not recommend this business for service because he can take his vehicle to another competitive facility and they can do the repairs cheaper compared to what he got charged, He also will not recommend them for reasons already stated.

Chris said he appreciated the great customer service provided by the business.

"Not sure what this means???" Charlie and Junior, for sure! Also, for the constant "connection" re: what is being done to the vehiccle/what is needing to be done.

"Will recommend to others. Thanks!" I usually have my brothers fix my cars, but I needed a quick transmission fluid and filter change so I headed here and I'm glad I did. They were extremely helpful and got my car in-and-out in a hurry. They were very helpful in keeping posted on price,updates, pick-up, etc. Will recommend to others. Thanks!

William said the business did a great job, and gave his vehicle back at the time they said they would have it ready.

"Work in progress" Techs tried to determine why tranny will not stay in 4th gear even though I had a new ECM & throttle sensor installed. Traced a problem to electrical connector at ECM. Thought we had it figured out, but....scheduled to return truck for another look. I appreciate the fact that B.T. is putting in the effort to try to help me figure out what's going on!

"WONDERFUL!" Always get straight info and know that I will not be overcharged. I have all my mechanic work done there, not just transmission service.

"I'm Very Selective" I am very selective when it comes to an automotive service shop because I own a higher end vehicle and do not want some run down mechanics to mess up my car... But this shop is the place to go for anybody's needs! The service was amazing and the mechanics know their stuff. They are all very polite despite the dirty mechanic look and are overall honest with there price! If you need a place to fix up your car, this is the place to go!! I will definitely return to Bremerton Trans when need be!!
