Spoke with Glenna. She said they only picked up a plug for a vehicle for their son. They knew what we wanted and got it to us in less than a day.

Kaylee said this business went above and beyond for her. They are honest and reasonably priced. She is in the process of rebuilding her transmission on her vehicle. She had a piece that was broken that did not come with the rebuild so they got the part for her the same day from one of their other locations and put it in for her. The part ended up being wrong so they told her to bring it in and they would take care of it for her at no charge. They also rebuilt the torque converter only charging an hour of labor.

I was sent an email with all the information of my visit along with pictures! Their staff were friendly and explained everything to me in detail. They even called and set up a rental car for me. My car is now back to running like it is new! I am extremely pleased with my experience at The Bremerton Transmission shop and highly recommend them to everyone!

I had some work done on my truck this week. Mike and the staff had the best customer service I've seen in small business in a very long time. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. I will be taking my other cars to this business for years.
