Daniel said the service was not done on time, but they did not give him a definite time it would be done. He has to return for them to press the codes to his vehicle. For this reason that he would not recommend because they did not complete the work. If they would have called him about scheduling time for him to bring his vehicle back in and how long it would take, he would have recommended. He is still waiting for a call about these issues.

Martin said he had a really good experience with the facility. He did not have to spend as much money as he thought. The staff was really helpful and they got the job done quickly.

Terry said this business could have done better but it was not their fault. They had issues putting the vehicle back together but they resolved the issues. There is still one sensor on his vehicle that does not work.

Martin said the business does a good job.

Rabar said this business could not find the problem with his vehicle, so the general manager went with the vehicle on a drive to find the problem.

Diana said her vehicle is running great and her overall experience at this business was fine.

"pt cruiser" Ive never experienced such GREAT customer service at any garage than I did at Bremerton Transmissions..I was treated real fare and now my car is running like its brand new. Jeff was the best and explained everything to me, in a way I could understand, for that Im thankful.
